Bit of a mishap with delivery I was not provided the tacking so it arrived when I wasn’t home however the delivery service was very helpful and took the sauna back to the depo. After emailing and calling your fitness hub I was supplied tracking and confirmation on the date of delivery. Very helpful/responsive staff that can be contacted easily during opening hours.
The sauna had only few minor chips and splits that over time I will be keeping an eye on, these are the things to consider when the material is wood so it can’t really be helped I’ll apply some treatment and filler in time if necessary for maintenance. The heat from the sauna is more than enough to get a sweat on, so much so I’ve had to make a hydration plan lol, it’s fantastic I was worried it wouldn’t be as hot as the gym sauna but it’s even better in my opinion.
Assembly was easy enough with the booklet that came, each panel has a small label to tell you what side is left/right/bottom/top I managed to do this myself however I advise two people as the glass door is very heavy. It fits together flush.
I highly recommend the seller abd the sauna it’s a game changer.

Really happy with the sauna we purchased. They delivered much quicker than most other companies (this included a delay as well) I was kept up to date with what was happening with both Yourfitnesshub and National Pallets who delivered it. Fairly easy to build with 2 of us and it's amazing how quickly it heats up. Have recommended to loads of friends
Straight forward to build for 2 people. The sauna is good quality. Overall a good buy.

Great advice and recommendation from Timmy (Sales) helped us in selecting the Infra Red Miracle Sauna 2. We were looking for a small 2 seater sauna to fit in the footprint of a double wardrobe we had removed from a spare bedroom. This model fits perfectly. Fairly quick and easy to assemble for the average DIYer, although 2 strong persons required to remove panels from packaging, carry into position and assemble. As for the operation, it takes about 5-10 minutes to warm up. Mood lighting, Bluetooth connectivity for playing your favourite songs through the ceiling speakers. Infrared panels heat up very quickly and you can feel the heat penetrating deeply into your skin. It’s so easy and convenient to use the sauna that it is in use daily by someone in the family. This wouldn’t be the case with an electric heater or log burner sauna. The Miracle Sauna 2 build quality is excellent and value for money. Looking forward to many regular relaxing sauna sessions!
