Squat Racks and Power Racks FAQS
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about Squat Racks and Power Racks
Q1: What is the difference between a squat rack and a power rack?
- A1: A squat rack is typically a simpler, more compact structure with adjustable barbell holders for squats and other lifts. A power rack, also known as a power cage, is a larger, more versatile structure that fully encloses the lifter and includes safety bars, which allow for a greater variety of exercises and increased safety.
Q2: How do I choose the right rack for my home gym?
- A2: Consider the types of exercises you plan to perform, your available space, and your budget. Power racks offer more versatility and safety features, while squat racks are more compact and budget-friendly.
Q3: Are squat racks and power racks safe for heavy lifting?
- A3: Yes, our racks are designed with heavy-duty steel construction and safety features such as spotter arms and safety bars to ensure safe and secure lifting.
Q4: How do I maintain my squat rack or power rack?
- A4: Regular maintenance includes wiping down the rack after use, checking for loose bolts and parts, and ensuring all adjustable components are functioning properly. Refer to the user manual for specific maintenance instructions.
Q5: Do the racks come with a warranty?
- A5: Yes, all our squat racks and power racks come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and coverage details vary by model, so please refer to the product page or user manual for specific warranty information.
Q6: How much space do I need for a squat rack or power rack?
- A6: Space requirements vary by model. Squat racks typically require a space of about 4 feet by 6 feet, while power racks may need a space of about 6 feet by 8 feet. Ensure you have enough room for comfortable use and safe mounting/dismounting.
Q7: Are the racks noisy?
- A7: Our racks are designed for smooth and quiet operation. Any noise is usually minimal and occurs during adjustments or heavy lifting.
Q8: How do I use a squat rack or power rack correctly?
- A8: Proper use involves setting the rack to the desired height, ensuring it is stable, and performing exercises with good form. Always use safety features such as spotter arms or safety bars to prevent injuries.
Q9: Can using a squat rack or power rack help with weight loss?
- A9: Yes, using a rack can contribute to weight loss by enabling a variety of strength training exercises that build muscle and burn calories. Combining rack workouts with a balanced diet and cardio exercises can enhance weight loss results.
Q10: What is the weight capacity of the racks?
- A10: Most of our racks have a weight capacity ranging from 700 to 1500 pounds. Check the specific model for exact details.
Q11: Are racks suitable for people with joint problems?

Q12: How often should I use a squat rack or power rack for optimal results?
- A12: For optimal results, incorporate rack exercises into your routine 2-4 times per week, allowing for rest days between workouts. Adjust the frequency and intensity based on your fitness goals and current fitness level.

from 14 reviewsReally happy with the sauna we purchased. They delivered much quicker than most other companies (this included a delay as well) I was kept up to date with what was happening with both Yourfitnesshub and National Pallets who delivered it. Fairly easy to build with 2 of us and it's amazing how quickly it heats up. Have recommended to loads of friends
Straight forward to build for 2 people. The sauna is good quality. Overall a good buy.

Sauna was not too difficult to assemble by two persons, nice design, good quality, keeps well heat

Great advice and recommendation from Timmy (Sales) helped us in selecting the Infra Red Miracle Sauna 2. We were looking for a small 2 seater sauna to fit in the footprint of a double wardrobe we had removed from a spare bedroom. This model fits perfectly. Fairly quick and easy to assemble for the average DIYer, although 2 strong persons required to remove panels from packaging, carry into position and assemble. As for the operation, it takes about 5-10 minutes to warm up. Mood lighting, Bluetooth connectivity for playing your favourite songs through the ceiling speakers. Infrared panels heat up very quickly and you can feel the heat penetrating deeply into your skin. It’s so easy and convenient to use the sauna that it is in use daily by someone in the family. This wouldn’t be the case with an electric heater or log burner sauna. The Miracle Sauna 2 build quality is excellent and value for money. Looking forward to many regular relaxing sauna sessions!
