The Elite Series 3D Smith Machine is an evolution of the standard Smith Machine. The linear bearings provide an exceptionally smooth, fluid bar movement in all planes (up, down, forwards and backwards), increasing the functionality of the machine whilst retaining the spotter catchers for added safety.
