Lovely item, it’s got a little damaged in transit (we are not on Uk mainland) and the firm could not have been more helpful. Excellent service from start to finish. Hopefully I won’t buy a second unit but ever did I would buy from these guys
I am so pleased with my sauna. From start to finish, communication from Timmy & Lara was excellent. It was delivered well packed. Assembly was relatively easy, I just needed help with the roof. After getting the unit connected by an electrician, it started up, no issues whatsoever. Very pleased, would recommend 👍
Purchased this for my wife. This is a lovely sauna and very easy to install. The finish on the outside of the sauna is very durable. Although this sauna came with a couple of issues, the company and Timmy resolved these in a professional and methodical manner. Proved themselves to be a honest fair professional company, honoring all aspects of the warranty.
Slight delay for delivery due to world events, but well worth it. Sauna, relatively easy to assemble, excellent quality. Communication with Timmy & Lara was excellent, from enquiries, ordering and delivery. Just got to get the sauna wired up, and hopefully all will work well, will update review once that's done.
Had my doubts about installing a sauna,didnt know If we would use it much,but Its turned out the highlight of the weekend for relaxing.Its a great bit of kit.looks and performs great and Its a nice company to deal with,they do what It says on the box
Hi i ordered a sauna off these guys on back order as it was out of stock. Unfortunately for me it was delayed passed the estimated date which I couldn't have due to builders and other commitments in my home so I had to ask for refund. They refunded me strait away and customer service was fab. Admittedly they did not answer phone when I first called but they did return my calls later that day and always kept me updated via email. They also offered me a dif sauna more expensive for same price but the black wouldn't go with my decor so I declined so all in all you can't say fairer than that so I thought I'd leave a review as they did do there best to fill my order its not there fault there suppliers are held up its just one of those things. If I'd had more time I'd of just waited. I may reorder later in year if I have time and they are in stock. Anyways 5 stars for customer service but obviously I can't rate the product as not received x
My husbqnd loves his xmas present. He had a sauna for many years, however it had seen better days - this one has brought us right upto date. Heats in no time, not as small as you would imagine as a one person sauna - fab!
